My finances have ruined some dental care dentist. (A procedure already said, now takes 3 weeks in 7 months, and we make an emergency trip to another dentist, because this afternoon, only slightly broken.)

I want to explore legal action against his dentist back home because of all lost wages, time and emotional and physical suffering she experienced as a result - not to mention the money from their pockets to fix what they screwed.

However, I wonder if the dentist actually committed "professional misconduct was" or if you just do not really know what he was doing. What is the difference between the two? What is the legal definition ofmedical malpractice? Is there a certain "threshold" that must be met? (This is done in Maryland, by the way.)
