Is it possible to make liquid soap out of melt & pour glycerin base? - melt and pour soap recipes

I do not buy soap liquid, if there is a way I can turn mp & based on glycerol, which is already in the liquid soap. If possible, one thing I can jump a recipe or tell me how? Google was no help, had I found a recipe from scratch or base liquid soap to sell.
